We do not specialise in a certain sector because we believe this would not only hinder us in approaching the ideal candidates due to client’s exclusivity but also we like to think outside the box as well. We do specialise in direct search and database search. So in case you have an opening where you think a lot of candidates exist among the job seekers, we might not be the right partner for you. However we most likely will not have a job ready on the shelf to accommodate your wishes. We will not be looking for jobs instead of you or for you… We’re sorry. That’s just not what we do. Also we will also not keep your resume in our database for a long time. It would just be gathering dust and that’s not what it was meant for. We do not look for jobs for you, we hunt for candidates for our clients…
But should we contact you, we probably have a good opportunity to talk about. In that case you can also rely on us to assist you to determine together if you are indeed the right (wo)man for the job. We’re not taking sides with the potential employer, but are there to assist the both of you finding out if there is a real match. We will be treating your data as confidential, also towards our client, until the moment you give us the go ahead. And most importantly we will give you our honest feedback at all times. Well… you’ve guessed it… we’re headhunters and we like it straight up, in a no-nonsense kind of way. So what does this mean?
- First of all it means we’re passionate about people!
- Secondly it means we are there to help you (company or organisation) to find the right (wo)man for the job!

- Promote from within. Talent development is great, but it’s not what we do…
- Spread the word and hope the right (wo)man will find you. Sure this could work and it often does, but it’s not what we do…

We’re HeadHunters! That’s what we do.
We identify those in the market that fit you requirements. So also those that might not be “on the market” and we talk to them about you, or if you need it to be confidential about the challenge you’re offering. We present a shortlist of suitable candidates and help you reel in the one that fits the bill.
Belgium & the Netherlands are our home market but often we can help with international assignments as well. Other than that we pride ourselves on being able to find the right (wo)man for you at every level (from the operational to the C-level and everything in between) in every sector. We’re not specialized in one particular industry, we are the specialists of “direct search” and “database search”.
One more thing…
There’s one more thing you should know before talking to us… We only work on exclusive assignments and on retainer. We do not believe we can deliver quality work in the kind of assignments we usually take on based upon a “no cure, no pay” contract and we do think it’s not good employer branding (yours & ours) if candidates are approached several times for the same position.
